ADVISE, ASSIST OR ADVOCATE – WHICH PATH WILL YOU CHOOSE?

Buying a home is a stressful experience whether it’s by yourself or with a partner. 

A great deal of time is spent on searching for your ideal home and the emotional ups and downs – the hope when you find ’the one’ and the disappointment when finding out your offer was unsuccessful.

Your home search, the endless weekends at Open for Inspections and trawling internet portals, exhausting as you work through what you really want. 

How much easier would it be if you were working with someone who has been through the process many times and who has two decades of real estate experience?

When you start with the voice of experience by your side then the flow is far smoother. 

Actual searching is a few steps down the buying process and I guide you through, achieving the home that you want with minimal stress. 

Working through the process may require anything from helping you search, undertaking research on the property, the price, and the agency and agent with the listing and helping you negotiate. We can do all of this or be the voice that you run things past, seeking independent advice. 

If choosing the Help Me ADVISE option then when you need me you can book a Meet-Up. A Meet-Up is an online call. We prefer this as it gives you my undivided attention and I can be fully prepared to focus on you

If you are comfortable with working through the process independently then you may need the occasional guide or booklet to read through for further explanation. We provide these, some at no cost and more extensive guides at a one-off cost. 

ASSIST gives you assistance, a process you can work through independently. 

(There is always the option of a MEET-UP that you can book if you have questions after reading through the ASSIST pdf)

The ADVOCACY option gives unlimited access with a FLAT FEE based on budget. There is an Engagement Fee to get us started with the balance on a successful purchase. Alternatively, payment may be made in Stages, usually monthly depending on your needs and timeframe.


Taking you completely through the purchase of your new home, working out your criteria and getting full clarity on what you want and what you want / can spend, helping you search for your new home and giving suggestions, keeping you on track, researching your new home – all about the home, its location as well as pricing through to negotiation or bidding at Auction.

As part of the ADVOCACY service, we have additional options of ASSESS & NEGOTIATE, or BIDDING AT AUCTION.

Yes, there are fees and they are payable once we have decided that we are going to work together.

You may need occasional advice or assistance or complete guidance.

Meet-Ups can help you:

  • sort through your options
  • review the property
  • understand your next steps
  • review the price of the home
  • answer questions
  • need negotiating advice
  • Guidance and advice over the phone or online

Meet Ups can be used:

  • if you need me to view the property in person
  • meet building & pest inspectors on site
  • meet a Valuer
  • Anything that you need help with as you go and as the need arises.

Must be booked online and prepaid

WHAT DOES IT COST?

Each Meet-Up is booked online and is $75 for 30 minutes

Your first 15 minute Meet-Up is free as we discover whether I can be of benefit to you.

If multiple meet-ups are required then we will need to allocate time as this may include travel. These Meet-Ups are also prepaid.

Offering a range of pdfs or courses, from very mini to more detailed courses that will help you through the buying process with real estate knowledge in your pocket.
