Helping with your Buying Strategy

Depending on what you need to make the right decision for you, you may not need all the Advocacy assistance we provide.

You may need advice or help with one or two components.

We charge either a component rate or for advice, an hourly rate of $150 including GST.

Typical Components (include GST)

Bidding at Auction          $550

Negotiating                     $550

If you need someone to listen and give you guidance, we discuss what you need and work out a quote based on an hourly rate.

If we find that more assistance is needed then we don’t act without your approval. 

It may be that we move into Buying Advocacy in which case any fees already paid may be deducted from your final invoice. 

We discuss everything and you won’t be charged unknowingly. If you have any concerns then please let us know. 

Engagement Fee of $450 (non refundable)

Helping you Buy Your Next Home

Taking you through each step, guiding you and advising you, enabling you to make good choices that fit in with what you want – getting you the outcome you want

There is an Engagement Fee that gets the process started. It enables me to start helping you. This is a one off fee of $550 that is deducted from the final invoice. If you change your mind about buying it is not refundable. 

When we have successfully purchased your next home we send you an invoice that is 1.1% of Contract Price and ask that you pay the invoice according to our agreed terms


AGREED TERMS – depends on your situation, either on Settlement, Section 27 Deposit Release or on Invoice. 



Quote can be provided depending on level of service but is generally 1.1 % of purchase price

Helping you Sell Your Home

Guiding you through the Selling Process from Day 1 through to Settlement is based on the Selected Selling Agents Selling Fee.

The Selling Agent agrees to our terms which is 40% of their Selling Fee. 

It won’t cost you anymore than you would otherwise pay and they are getting the opportunity to sell your home which of course, they like and want


Our share is 40% of Agents Fees/Commission and will be paid by the selected agent either on Section 27 Release or settlement.

Marketing Fees are separate to our Agreement and are payable on Selected Agents terms.  



Payable by Selected Agent on Release of Section 27 deposit monies or settlement.
