Working on an ‘as needed’ basis or by project – a project basis is when you only think you need advice with one segment of the buying process. Do you need help searching, or researching, or negotiating or bidding at Auction. Whatever you need to get you into your next home, I can advise you to your best outcome.

Options include: Property Report, Property Research, site visits, interaction with building and/or pest inspectors, negotiation assistance, bidding at Auction.
Priced individually, prices include metro travel, regional may be extra

A MEET-UP can also be used: if you need me to attend the property in person. For example, to meet building and pest inspectors, home stagers, Valuers, Tradies, etc on site

If multiple MEET-UPS are required then we will need to allocate time as this may include travel. These MEET-UPS are also prepaid.

Selling your home is right up there with the most stressful experiences we can go through.
When we decide to sell we think about all the things we need to do. The actions uppermost in our minds are:
- getting our house ready
- choosing a real estate agent
You may need occasional advice or assistance or complete guidance.
If you have already employed a real estate agent then I need to be mindful that you have a signed agreement with them and I can only give general advice.
If you haven’t signed any paperwork with an agent then the process is simple.
We can Meet-Up online, in person or on the phone to discuss the Selling Steps.
We usually use the ‘Go to Whoa’ Advocacy package in this instance.
Alternatively, you can use Meet-Ups to guide you through.
