We are all different, with levels of expertise or life experience in a variety of areas and real estate may be an area where we have some knowledge, possibly you work in a field adjacent to real estate, perhaps you are happy to work through it all and may have an occasional question or maybe you want a sounding board to help sort through decisions. Independent assistance that has no conflict of interest.
We love our families and friends and the advice that our neighbour gives us may be acceptable when we are talking about gardens or holidays but real estate is expensive, and making the right decision is super important.
